IFest MN vendors are key to celebrate the vibrant ethnic diversity of Minnesota and the world. It’s a place where elders, youth, families, and neighbors gather—not just to witness culture, but to live it.
There are 5 distinct areas: Cafes, International Bazaars, Cultural Exhibits, Demonstrations, and Entertainment (Dance and Music).

Food Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at IFest MN.
Important info:
- Single booth rental fee is $500
- Appliance rental and electrical fees are additional and will be added upon acceptance.
- State, County, and City permits, a completed ST-19 and all licenses are required.
- Additional information will be requested from the area chairperson upon acceptance.
- All vendors must prove a connection to a non-profit organization with a letter from the organization.

International Bazaar Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming an International Bazaar vendor at The International Festival of Minnesota!
Important info:
- Single booth rental fee is $500 for an 8’x10’ booth – $1,000 for an 8’x20’ foot booth.
- State and city sellers permits, a completed ST-19 and all licenses are required.
- Additional information will be requested from the area chairperson upon acceptance.
- All vendors must prove a connection to a non-profit organization with a letter from the organization.

Dance Groups and Musical Performers

- Technical rehearsal for all dance groups is scheduled for February 21-22, 2026. Time and location TBD upon acceptance.

The demonstrations and cultural exhibits are unique to our festival! Demonstrate art, crafts, or traditions distinct to your culture, or create an exhibit showcasing the people, places and traditions important to your community.
Demonstrations and Exhibits
Thank you for your interest in participating in The International Festival of Minnesota!
Important info:
- Demonstration and exhibit booths are 8’x10’ and do not have a fee associated with them.
- Demonstration booths may sell completed items that are being demonstrated, or items related to the demonstration (for example tools and materials used to make or do what is being demonstrated). No other sales will be allowed.
- Exhibits will not be allowed to sell items.
- Exhibits are encouraged to incorporate the annual theme of the festival. (2026 will be announced shortly)
